Humanity , efficiency, passion, transparency and integrity.

These five words describe who I am and are reflected in all my professional and personal relationships. They are also the pillars of my business, my promise towards my clients and the entrepreneurs that are willing to confide their trust in me. Each day, I am inspired by this to develop better business practices and to contribute to the success of the projects that are entrusted to me.

The school of life

With a Bachelor’s in Business from the Université de Sherbrooke, my studies have allowed me to gain knowledge in various fields such as Management, Accounting, Marketing and Operations Management.

After this, I worked during almost 20 years in large financial and banking institutions. I occupied different positions and acquired excellent problem-solving skills, Operations and Project Management experience, as well as events coordination, customer service and communications expertise.

The path I have chosen is centered around the Human Being and seeks to positively impact the community, my personal and professional relationships.

I have known Nathalie for many years; she is energetic, structured and organised. She is someone that attracts our trust. She is the kind of person that we want to have on our team.

Looking forward to new challenges

Between 2011 and 2013, in association with the Director, I planned and put in place the entire operational framework of the Centre MULTISPORTS in Vaudreuil-Dorion, a project estimated at more than $25 million dollars. Thanks to my strong organisation skills, my leadership and my ability to constantly adapt, I was quickly promoted to Manager, where I was assigned many key responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the Centre.

Afterwards, I participated in the optimisation of a Human Resource consulting business. I worked mainly on reviewing and optimizing processes, formalizing procedures, improving the efficiency and profitability of the business as well as the rental property.

Through these experiences, I was constantly exposed to the challenges that Entrepreneurs face in trying to run their business with limited human and financial resources, while facing significant time constraints. Therefore, it is difficult for them to hire permanent administrative personnel, part or full time.

Motivated by my sense of organizational effectiveness, I decided to seize the opportunity to share my experience and expertise in the administrative field with entrepreneurs and business leaders; I am able to help them achieve their objectives.
